The Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced, strategic Part-Time SEO Specialist to lay the foundation for our organic growth. As we prepare for launch, you’ll develop and prioritise a content roadmap that turns our 6,000-resort database into a powerful engine for organic search. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven SEO who can turn a massive dataset into a strategic advantage.
 

What You’ll Do

  • SEO Content Roadmap & Prioritisation: Build a strategic roadmap that structures and rolls out content to capture high-intent traffic from day one.
  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct deep research to identify and rank high-intent transactional and informational keywords 
  • Performance Analysis: Define KPIs, set up tracking/analytics, and report insights to guide ongoing strategy.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering to embed technical SEO best practices into the platform.
     

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record.
  • Proven ability to create and prioritize SEO-driven content roadmaps.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO or large, database-driven sites (travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of keyword research, competitive analysis, and modern SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear strategic direction in a part-time, remote setup.
  • Nice to have: Passion for skiing/snowboarding for deeper user-intent understanding.
