Head of Growth
About the Company:
Intimate Rose is a leader in pelvic health, trusted by clinicians and customers for our high-quality, medically safe wellness products. From therapeutic devices to specialized care tools, we support individuals facing sensitive health concerns such as physical discomfort, hormonal changes, and postpartum recovery. After building a globally recognized eCommerce presence, we’re now expanding more into our telehealth business, to make expert and compassionate care more accessible. We’re a lean, mission-driven team that moves fast - If you're passionate about meaningful impact in health and wellness, you’ll thrive here.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a motivated and analytical Head of Growth to lead the expansion of our Telehealth business - someone who can own the strategy, execution, and performance of a high-impact, mission-driven business unit from the ground up. This role goes beyond campaign management or delegation. It’s for a hands-on builder who can map the patient journey, design high-converting funnels, test and refine messaging, optimize performance and launch initiatives effectively - all while collaborating cross-functionally and staying close to the data.
This is a Full-Time remote role that will start as a Part-Time position for the first 1-3 months.
We are looking for a Head of Growth specifically with these requirements:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in growth, performance, or demand generation roles — ideally in telehealth, DTC health, or wellness brands targeting US-based consumers
- A proven track record of owning and optimizing full-funnel strategies — from traffic acquisition to consultation booking — particularly in regulated or trust-sensitive industries
- Deep expertise in performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) and the ability to interpret results and explain why something worked (or didn’t)
- Strong comfort leading the execution of paid, organic, lifecycle, and conversion campaigns — across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond
- Direct experience managing or collaborating with media buyers, copywriters, and creative teams
- A confident, strategic mindset — able to take initiative, communicate recommendations clearly, and make smart decisions in ambiguity
- Leadership ability to set priorities, drive accountability, and mentor a lean team with high standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
A self-directed, fast-moving approach — proactive, visible, and always pushing the growth engine forward
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Own and implement the full telehealth growth strategy
- Manage paid media buyers and organic marketing campaigns
- Design, Direct, and Optimize end-to-end funnels, from landing pages to consultation bookings
- Test and refine messaging using AI tools, A/B frameworks, and segmented audiences
- Monitor performance across all channels and make real-time, data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with clinical, content, and design teams to ensure aligned execution
- Explore and launch new growth initiatives including partnerships, webinars and referral programs
- Manage and grow a lean marketing team as the company scales
Growth Opportunities/Perks:
- Fully remote with async flexibility
- Must have visible presence and collaboration during US working hours (minimum half-day CST overlap)
- Opportunity to own and scale an entire business unit
- Path toward broader marketing leadership
- Unlimited PTO
- Medical and 401k for US-based employees (post full-time transition)
- Work directly with founder and clinical leadership
This Position Is Perfect For You If…
You’re a strategic executor.
You thrive in ambiguity and don’t wait for perfect clarity before taking action. You can create the roadmap, but you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and launch quickly.
You’re data-driven but human-centered.
You love analyzing performance data, but never forget that on the other end of every click is a real person — especially in sensitive health categories like pelvic wellness.
You're a fast learner.
You won’t be expected to know everything from the start, but you’ll need to be motivated and quick to learn new information.
You have strong beliefs, but loosely held.
You’re confident in what you can do and what you’ve already done, but you’re not afraid to ask smart questions and change your mind in the face of evidence. You care about the end goal more than being right.
You can speak concisely.
Clarity of thought and cleanly articulating it is required for our team to reach our goals.
