Influencer Marketing (KOL) Manager

The Influencer Marketing (KOL) Manager is a key player in the RGray team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with opinion leaders, influencers, and KOLs in the crypto and Web3 space. This role is all about spotting the right partners, negotiating collaborations, and making sure influencer campaigns drive measurable growth and conversions. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-networked in the crypto community, and able to combine creativity with a performance-driven approach.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto influencers, KOLs, and media personalities across Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and performance-driven.
  • Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with marketing funnels and growth KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Track, analyze, and report influencer campaign performance, suggesting improvements and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s influencer database, staying updated on rising voices and trending communities in crypto.
  • Collaborate closely with content, SMM, and performance marketing teams to maximize the impact of influencer campaigns.
  • Experiment with creative formats (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, video collabs, meme integrations) to reach target audiences.
  • Stay informed about crypto trends, narratives, and cultural shifts to ensure influencer content feels relevant and authentic.
     

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing (crypto/Web3 experience is a strong plus).
  • Existing contacts with influencers or experience in influencer collaborations will be a strong plus.
  • Understanding of social media dynamics in crypto (Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Discord, TikTok).
  • Understanding the current trends and narratives in the crypto space; 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize performance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several influencer partnerships simultaneously.
  • Passion for crypto and curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English.

 

Working conditions:

  • Full-time, hybrid — 3 days in our Kyiv office + 2 remote days per week. Working hours are generally between 10-11 and 18-19, but we don’t have strict time rules, the main requirement is to deliver tasks on time;
  • Young team members. All team members are in their 20s. We have an open communication throughout the team, you can literally enter the CEO’s office room without knocking.
  • Office located between Lukianivska and Dorohozhychi (15 mins walk from both stations, also there is direct public transportation to our office). Our office has an open roof 😏 and we have regular barbeque parties.
  • Salary in USDT at market level. Also, we have a KPI-based bonus system: if you complete your KPI – you get a multiplier to your salary.
