• 1+ year in Gambling/iGaming (a must);
• Hands-on experience with European hiring;
• English: Upper-Intermediate;
• Confident with ATS/HRM, Asana, Notion and Google Sheets;
• Organized, proactive, multitasker, and team player.
📋 Your daily adventures:
• Full-cycle recruitment of affiliate, CRM and tech positions;
• Search for talent of different levels across different countries;
• Conduct interviews, tech interviews, and offer calls;
• Keep Asana and Google Sheets updated with recruitment tracking;
• Use ATS/HR tools to manage candidate pipelines;
• Research job market trends in iGaming and related industries;
• Work closely with HR teammates and hiring managers;
• Assist in onboarding new hires.
✨ Nice to have:
• Experience in Workable ATS;
• Strong Boolean / X-Ray search skills;
• A good sense of humor.
