Crypto SMM Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Manage and grow social media accounts across key crypto platforms, including Twitter (X), Telegram, and niche Web3 communities.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Support the creation of high-performing content at all stages - from idea generation and copywriting to visuals and scheduling.
• Social Media Execution: Plan and publish posts, threads, and updates; monitor performance metrics; and implement improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Community Engagement: Drive organic growth through meaningful interactions with the community, moderators, and influencers.
• Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with paid campaigns, funnels, and business goals.
• Cross-Channel Involvement: Take part in email marketing, community management, and analytics initiatives.
• Continuous Learning: Stay on top of crypto trends, AI tools, and growth strategies, while contributing to team brainstorms and strategic discussions.
• Crypto Expertise: Previous knowledge of the cryptocurrency market is a strong asset, but a willingness to learn fast and grow in this field is equally valued.

Working conditions:

• Full-time, hybrid — 3 days in our Kyiv office + 2 remote days per week. Working hours are generally between 10-11 and 18-19, but we don’t have strict time rules, the main requirement is to deliver tasks on time;

• Office located between Lukianivska and Dorohozhychi (15 mins walk from both stations, also there is direct public transportation to our office). Our office has an open roof 😏 and we have regular barbeque parties.
• Salary in USDT at market level. Also, we have a KPI-based bonus system: if you complete your KPI – you get a multiplier to your salary.
