AI Voice and CRM Integration Developer
We create intelligent AI agents that automate calls, sales, and customer interactions in B2B. We are looking for a developer skilled in combining AI + telephony + CRM + business automation.
We are looking for:
- Middle+/Senior developer (3โ5 years of experience).
- Specialist with experience in telephony / VoIP / call centers.
- Developer with hands-on experience implementing AI integrations (LLM, ASR, TTS) into real products.
- Experienced in developing applications for CRM/ERP (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo).
- Someone who understands B2B processes (sales, lead generation, customer service) and knows how to automate them.
- An engineer with a systems-thinking mindset: able to design and deliver solutions from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Development of AI voice bots for inbound and outbound calls.
- Integration of ASR/TTS (speech recognition and synthesis) with LLM (ChatGPT, LangChain).
- Configuration and customization of CRM systems (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo).
- Automation of sales funnels, customer service, and B2B processes.
- Working with telephony/VoIP (Asterisk, FreePBX, Twilio, Voximplant, WebRTC).
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Python or Node.js.
- Experience in VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, Asterisk, Twilio, Voximplant.
- Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, Whisper, Azure Speech, Google Speech, TTS/ASR).
- Strong skills in CRM API integration and customization.
- Knowledge of REST / Webhooks / gRPC.
- Nice to have: experience with chatbots, RPA, omnichannel systems.
