Junior Recruiter/Intern

 The Position

Our perfect candidate is a talented, ambitious and target oriented person who would like to help us in the delivery process. You will support the team through search strategy development, candidate identification, preparing client reports and ensuring all data is accurately captured in our systems. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to grow and be involved in candidate development, candidate interviews, assessment and presentation


 

Responsibilities

  • Assist consultants in preparing & executing presentations and other project documents
  • Work with database
  • Develop job descriptions, identify target companies and target candidates under the supervision of Consultants / Partners
  • Perform primary phone interviews, communicate with the candidates to schedule interviews with senior professionals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the executive search process to form a basis for future career development

  • A smart and a high-potential fast learner with strive for knowledge
  • Natural rapport-building ability and strong team orientation
  • Self-motivation, excellent time management, analytical and communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability: quickly perceive changes in priorities and working conditions
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English
