Head of Analytics

We move fast, we experiment, we scale. Now we need a Head of Analytics to make sure our data keeps up - and leads the way. This role is all about turning insights into action and building a team that makes it happen.

💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting that will shape our product vision;
• Define company-wide metrics and make sure we’re tracking what truly matters;
• Lead, grow, and mentor the analytics team — from hiring to onboarding and long-term development;
• Manage team workload, set priorities, and ensure smooth execution of analytics tasks;
• Select, configure, and implement analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, BigQuery, etc.);
• Build systems that transform raw data into actionable insights across the company;
• Partner with Product, Finance, Anti-Fraud, and Support to deliver dashboards and reports that drive decisions;

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends and best practices.

   

👨‍🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:

• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager, BI Lead, or Head of Analytics;
• Strong command of Python & SQL for working with large datasets;
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude (must-have);
• Knowledge of statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, regression, experiment design;
• Familiarity with feature flag & experimentation platforms (LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook, or similar);
• Experience managing and scaling an analytics team, setting processes and priorities;
• Ability to work autonomously, translating business goals into a clear analytics roadmap;

• Strong presentation skills — you can turn complex data into simple, actionable stories.

   

🧜‍♀️ WILL BE YOUR BOOST:

• Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
• Domain experience in GameDev, Fintech or iGaming companies;
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or related field.
