Intern Recruiter

DICEUS is ready to offer internship or a junior position in our Recruitment department to a candidate, who has a background in Sales and is eager to take IT recruitment as their next career challenge.

As IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the strongest candidates on the market to our team.

Requirements:
• Proficient PC user (Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in Ukrainian
• At least strong Intermediate English level
• Sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to start your career in IT recruitment
• Readiness to work remotely, stable electricity and internet

Responsibilities:
• Source a wide range of IT professionals (software developers, QA engineers, PMs, architects, and a lot more)
• Publish vacancies on external resources
• Create a wide Talent pool and update CVs search database
• Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
• Monitor the job market
• Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.)
• Communicate with candidates on a daily basis
