Creava Agency is a design & development agency with a team of 10 talented professionals.

We specialize in product design, WordPress development, React/Node/Python solutions, and we are steadily growing our development direction.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager who will help us drive new business opportunities and take ownership of our sales processes.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales (design & development services).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork (lead gen, communication, deal closing).
  • Strong background in LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, etc.).
  • Experience creating and running email/LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (emails, calls, intro/proposal meetings).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for sales/lead generation (a plus).
  • Experience with inbound & outbound lead generation, preparing Project Estimations, SOWs, and commercial proposals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Lead generation on Upwork (working across 3 active accounts).
  • Handle inbound leads (briefings, demos, portfolio presentations).
  • Communicate with potential clients and close contracts.
  • Prepare project estimations and commercial offers.
  • Explore new sales channels and strategies to expand Creava’s client base.
