Marketing/Lead Generation Manager

We operate in the B2B IT services market (outsourcing / outstaffing) and are looking for a proactive marketing professional who can help us scale sales through lead generation, marketing, and client relationship development. This role is for someone who can combine strategy and hands-on execution, building systems rather than just completing tasks.

 

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an effective lead generation strategy across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, other relevant platforms).
• Actively generate leads and manage the sales pipeline via CRM.
• Support sales with marketing: package case studies, manage and update content across platforms.
• Launch and optimize multichannel ad campaigns.
• Introduce automation into lead generation processes (Lemlist, PhantomBuster, etc.).
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Test new outreach platforms and acquisition channels.
• Hire and manage a small team (or build it from scratch).
• Define and track KPIs together with management.

 

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation or marketing for IT companies.
• At least 1 year of team or process management experience.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English — ability to join client and partner calls.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing basics, metrics, and terminology.
• Experience in content and ad campaign management.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.

 

Nice to have
• Knowledge of the European IT services market.
• Experience with Fiverr Pro, Clutch, Toptal.
• Familiarity with outreach automation tools.
