We’re looking for a Lead/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design complex, modern, and intuitive web and mobile interfaces for the Fintech and B2B SaaS domains.

As a Lead/Senior Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping products that are powerful yet easy to use.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine web and mobile interfaces with a focus on clarity, usability, and aesthetics
• Use Figma to its fullest — auto layouts, variables, design systems, interactive components, and advanced prototyping
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Translate complex requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI libraries
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Mastery of Figma and its advanced features:
  • Auto Layouts
  • Variables
  • Interactive Components
  • Design Systems
  • Prototyping & User Testing
  • Version Control
  • Plugin Integration
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex Fintech or B2B SaaS product work (mobile & web)
• Deep understanding of UX design principles and modern interface patterns
• Proficiency in creating responsive designs for all screen sizes
• Experience with wireframing, information architecture, and user flows
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
• Experience in user research and accessibility design
