Integration Manager (Service Integration)

We are looking for an Integration Manager (Service Integration) who will take full ownership of the service integration lifecycle β€” from planning and implementation to production launch, ongoing support, and decommissioning. Your tasks:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of service integrations: from idea, planning, and execution to launch, support, and decommissioning;
  • Collect, analyze, and align business and technical requirements for seamless integration delivery;
  • Build and maintain a detailed service integration roadmap in close collaboration with business and technical teams;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess integration complexity and define realistic implementation timelines;
  • Manage integration projects (Service Integration) from concept to launch, including task allocation, prioritization, and execution oversight;
  • Identify risks, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly during the integration process;
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
     

Our criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in integration or project management (preferably with Service Integration in iGaming, fintech, or other tech-driven industries);
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations, payment systems, or gaming platforms;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills β€” from planning to execution;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams, balancing both perspectives;
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills;
  • English level B2+ for effective communication.
