The Role

We are hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design of dashboards, analytics tools, and multi-device interfaces powered by AI-driven insights. You’ll translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences that scale across web, tablet, and mobile. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys tackling data-heavy design problems, and wants to see their work directly impact the company’s trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, typography, colors, states).
• Design data-heavy dashboards and visualizations: charts, tables, compliance scores, geospatial maps.
• Simplify complex user flows into intuitive, task-driven interactions.
• Adapt designs for multiple devices: desktop (control), tablet (monitoring), mobile (alerts).
• Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance and inclusive design (color-blind safe, low cognitive load).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and ML teams to turn requirements into features.
• Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in enterprise SaaS, dashboards, or data-heavy tools.
• Strong proficiency with Figma (design systems, interactive prototypes, component libraries).
• Proven experience with data visualization (tables, charts, analytics, maps).
• Ability to design across devices and form factors (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Understanding of usability testing, user research, and UX best practices.
• A pixel-perfect mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with US time zones (partial overlap required).
• Portfolio required — must demonstrate complex system/dashboards, data visualization, and design process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-driven workflows or scientific/enterprise software.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals (to collaborate with engineers).
• Exposure to geospatial visualization, AR/VR, or spatial mapping tools.
• Prior startup experience or building 0→1 products.
