Project Manager / Community Manager to $1000

We’re a small but dynamic web design and digital marketing agency based in Brussels. We help clients grow their online presence with a creative, personal touch—and we’d love someone friendly and organized to join our team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for our projects, keeping everything running smoothly:

• Manage web projects – From kick-off to launch, you’ll coordinate between clients, designers, and developers, making sure deadlines are met and everything looks great.
• Write and edit content – Help craft clear, engaging website copy and blog content.
• Community management – Plan social media calendars, create visuals (with Canva or Adobe), write captions, and track performance.
• Be the client connection – Build strong relationships, answer questions, and make sure clients feel supported.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong French & English writing and speaking skills (French is a must!)
• Experience managing digital projects (websites, campaigns, or similar)
• Social media know-how (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Comfortable with Canva or Adobe tools
• Knowledge of SEO and web writing basics
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
