Reactivation-Sales Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a Reactivation Manager who will be responsible for bringing back inactive players and re-engaging them with personalized offers, campaigns, and retention strategies. Your mission is to increase player lifetime value and reduce churn through data-driven decisions and creative communication.
 

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reactivation campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.
  • Segment lapsed players based on activity, spend, and behavior to tailor offers.
  • Create personalized promotions, bonuses, and incentives to encourage player return.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion, ROI) and optimize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with CRM, VIP, and Marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in iGaming reactivation and retention.
     

๐Ÿง  Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in retention, or reactivation within iGaming or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, player lifecycles, and reactivation funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with KPIs and player data.
  • Creative thinking and copywriting skills for engaging offers.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.

  • Experience specifically in online casino or sportsbook CRM.
  • Knowledge of providers and popular game mechanics (slots, live casino, jackpots).
