Product Manager Platform

Key required skills and experience :
• At least 3+ years of professional experience working as a Product Manager;
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the SaaS/CMS/CRM platforms is plus;
• Proven experience developing and launching successful products;
• Identifying growth opportunities and creating hypotheses for optimization experiments;
• Understanding of design principles and design best practices;
• Strong product analytics mindset with a proven record;
• English Upper-Intermediate or stronger;

•  Experience in the gambling industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Understand the platform features and functionalities inside-out;
• Work with the Casino backoffice to introduce new features and functionality;
• Facilitate problem resolution for both clients and internal departments in relation to client-related issues on product;
• Lead and manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, user research, product design, and product testing;
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform ongoing product development and improve product offerings;
• Work on user flow optimization by solving user problems and increasing their involvement in the product;
• Refinement of UX/UI of current products and development of new ones;
• Direct collaboration with product stakeholders, product team, data team.
