Middle Project Manager

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Web3 projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology projects, particularly in the blockchain or Web3 domain. This role requires a balanced mix of technical understanding and exceptional soft skills to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:
 

  •  2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain/Web3 space or software development.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain principles, and decentralized applications will be a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are critical for this role.
  • The ability to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment is paramount.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to set up and execute Agile practices
  •  A strong commitment to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  •  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

     

    Responsibilities:
     

  • Run several projects simultaneously                 
  • Lead distant cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Set up  and manage clients' expectations , providing minutes of meetings via email or Slack, regular status updates and weekly calls, reporting tools
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Define and control project scope, budget  and timeline during SDLC
  • Utilizing Agile practiсes on the project and making sure that the team is following them
  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction; surface growth opportunities and follow-ups. Perform people-management basics: feedback, motivation, conflict resolution.
