About the position: We’re looking for a Recruitment Lead who can take full ownership of recruitment: help the team work efficiently, update processes, and make hiring fast and effective. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, and seeing tangible results in real changes.
What needs to be done:
- Strategy & Planning: Design and implement recruitment strategies, plan resources and budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure success.
- Team Management: Coordinate the work of the team (3 recruiters and 2 sourcers), grow the team, and implement unified standards.
- Operational Processes: Organize and optimize the recruitment cycle, introduce new tools.
- Business Collaboration: Work with department heads, provide updates on hiring progress, and recommend process improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare regular reports, analyze channel effectiveness, optimize costs.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to HR brand development, prepare job postings and materials according to corporate standards.
Our perfect match has the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including 2 years in a Lead/Team Lead/Head role.
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Background in a service or outstaff IT company.
- Confident in PeopleForce or similar HR systems.
- Practical experience in building and optimizing hiring processes.
- Strong analytical skills: working with funnels, conversion rates, forecasting, and recruitment unit economics.
- Confident negotiation skills with stakeholders and candidates.
- English at B2-C1 level (conducting interviews, client calls, documentation).
