Head of Marketing (Demand Generation/Lead Funnels)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Leader who can architect, execute, and scale our demand generation strategy. This is a key leadership role for someone who has already built lead generation engines from scratch, knows how to combine content, partnerships, and performance channels into a predictable pipeline, and can manage both strategy and execution through a team and external partners.

You will work directly with founders and sales leadership to own the marketing function, establish scalable processes, and position our company as a top agency in the market.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy (funnels, campaigns, partnerships, paid channels, content).
  • Build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Define marketing KPIs, set targets, and ensure consistent reporting to leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (in-house + external contractors/agencies).

Lead Generation & Funnels

  • Develop and scale full lead generation funnels, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion.
  • Build lead magnets (guides, audits, webinars) and integrate them into automated nurture flows.
  • Optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage through data-driven testing.

Partnerships & Market Positioning

  • Secure listings in top industry rankings (e.g., "Top Amazon PPC Agencies 2025") and aggregator platforms.
  • Build strategic partnerships with SaaS vendors, industry associations, and referral partners.
  • Establish the company’s thought leadership presence in the e-commerce & agency ecosystem.

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Oversee creation of case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and event campaigns.
  • Develop content frameworks that move prospects through educate β†’ engage β†’ convert stages.
  • Represent the brand at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Paid Media & Email

  • Oversee paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive leads.
  • Scale email marketing and automation: design nurture sequences, client success stories, and FOMO-driven offers.
  • Ensure channel mix is optimized for both short-term pipeline growth and long-term brand authority.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement robust attribution models and track funnel efficiency (from impressions β†’ leads β†’ SQLs β†’ revenue).
  • Provide regular reporting to the leadership team with clear insights and action plans.
  • Continuously research and adopt best practices in B2B growth marketing.

 

🧩 Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in marketing with focus on demand generation, B2B funnels, and digital growth.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation engines (ideally in SaaS, agency, or e-commerce industries).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), and analytics tools(GA4, Looker Studio, SimilarWeb).
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to mentor, manage, and build a high-performing marketing team.
  • Experience aligning marketing and sales teams to achieve predictable revenue growth.
  • Data-driven, but also creative: able to combine performance marketing + content + partnerships into a holistic strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company externally.
