Customer Support Manager (offline)

You come with:
- Previous work experience in customer support or complains department;
- Strong verbal and written English skills;
- Ability to serve client needs;
- Ability to be loyal and friendly to all types of customers;
- To be client-oriented.

Will be a plus:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines;
- Technical background.
