Job Description:
We are looking for an independent and proactive Middle Manager for Partnerships / B2B Sales Manager (focus on trading) to focus on cold outreach and engaging English-speaking influencers to build valuable business partnerships.
Geographic Focus: Exclusively English-speaking influencers (Asia, India, Africa, Latin America, Spain, Canada, and English-speaking regions of Europe, such as Germany, Czech Republic, France, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct cold outreach to identify and engage English-speaking influencers in the trading sector, with a focus on B2B sales in fintech, gaming, insurance, and B2B marketing.
- Search, analyze, and build a contact database of potential influencers (email addresses, social media profiles, etc.).
- Utilize YouTube (primary platform), Instagram, and Twitter (via private messages as an option) for initial contact and relationship building.
- Draft and send cold emails and messages to generate interest and establish business communication.
Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and organize meetings between influencers and our Senior Partnership Manager for further collaboration.
Candidate Requirements:
- High proficiency in English (written business communication).
- Experience in B2B sales and cold outreach.
- Knowledge of working with social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter).
- Independence, proactiveness, and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work result-oriented and manage time effectively.
