Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.
We offer solutions on three epic levels:
- Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
- Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.
- Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.
More than 20 iGaming brands from 18 markets are fostering player loyalty with Trueplay.
We’re hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of one of the core pillars of our platform — a gamified loyalty system aimed at increasing user retention and lifetime value. This is a strategic B2B-facing product already used by multiple partners, with strong traction and clear growth potential.
It is important for us that you have:
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, iGaming, or related fields
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools
- Passion for gamification, user incentives, and behavioral mechanics
- English proficiency sufficient for working with international partners
Key responsibilities:
- Shaping and executing product strategy and roadmap
- Owning the backlog and driving development cycles
- Analysing user behavior and product performance, identifying growth levers
- Generating and validating hypotheses to improve retention and engagement
- Coordinating integrations with new partners and gathering user insights
