Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Fluent spoken English (Upper Intermediate+), Deutsch (Upper Intermediate+).
- High level of empathy and the ability to genuinely relate to clients.
- Result-oriented mindset, stress resilience, and friendliness.
- Excellent communication skills.
Your main responsibilities:
- Online customer consultations and assisting clients in product selection.
- Negotiating, creating personalized service packages, and closing deals.
- Providing customer support until the deal is finalized.
- Handling only warm leads (incoming traffic, no cold calling).
Working conditions and motivation:?
- Fully remote work with fixed daytime hours (Germany time)
- Working hours: 08:00—17:00 CET (Berlin time)
- Monday to Friday
Base salary of $500 + 2% commission on gross sales revenue.
The average transaction is around $3500, with 1–3 sales per day on average.
This allows for monthly earnings of $2000 to $3500+, depending on your performance.
Earnings are uncapped and fully based on your initiative and results.
