SMM Team Lead

We are looking for a Social Media Team Lead who knows how to build and lead high-impact content strategies, grow online communities, and make noise where it counts — primarily on Twitter and Telegram.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Developing and executing the overall social media strategy across Twitter, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
• Leading and mentoring a team of SMM specialists.
• Aligning the content roadmap with marketing, product launches, and retention campaigns.
• Driving community engagement, managing communication tone, and boosting brand loyalty.
• Overseeing creative campaigns — giveaways, promotions, tournaments, collaborations, etc.
• Collaborating with product and CRM teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
• Monitoring key social KPIs and continuously optimizing performance based on data.
• Identifying trends, experimenting with formats, and exploring new growth channels.
• Managing any crisis communications or sensitive community interactions effectively.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ years of team leadership in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with iGaming or gambling audiences and market specifics.
• Proven success in building and scaling Twitter & Telegram channels (with cases to show).
• A sharp eye for content: from ideation and creative briefing to final copy and visual execution.
• Data-driven mindset — you're comfortable with metrics, reports, and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive leadership, and strong ownership mindset.
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
