HRD/HR Department

We are an iGaming company with more than 4+ years of experience and a team of 1300+ specialists.

We have successfully launched 10+ major projects that operate in Tier 1–3 markets. We value professionals, build efficient processes, and continuously expand our presence in new locations.

Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious HRD to take ownership of the HR function and bring it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize organizational structure and processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Build a high-performance culture: implement KPI systems, conduct performance reviews, and launch leadership development programs.
  • Establish transparent HR policies, onboarding and adaptation programs, career paths, and L&D systems.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to design and execute a strong talent acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Increase employee engagement and reduce turnover while fostering a strong corporate culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and department heads on all HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to top management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as HR Director / Head of HR / Lead HRBP in international or fast-growing companies (iGaming, IT, fintech, etc.).
  • Proven experience in building HR processes from scratch and scaling them in growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee development approaches.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Location: Europe (remote).
