As part of our growth, we are looking for an HR Director (HRD) who will act as a strategic business partner and develop the HR function into a true driver of organizational success.
π Your Role
You will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategy, creating scalable processes from the ground up, and ensuring full alignment with business goals. This is a leadership role requiring a strong business mindset, trust-building skills, and transformation expertise.
π Key Responsibilities
First 3β6 months (probation):
- Ensure a smooth adaptation process for new employees from day one.
- Collaborate with the CEO to redesign onboarding, improve document flow, and introduce a KPI-driven performance review system.
Strategic scope (long-term):
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance.
- Design and implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development policies.
- Regularly assess HR processes and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Monitor and reduce turnover through effective retention programs.
- Oversee onboarding and employee development programs.
- Keep HR documentation (job descriptions, motivation models, policies) up to date.
- Ensure every employee has an individual development plan.
β Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as HR Director / Head of HR (must).
- Practical experience building HR processes from scratch.
- Strong change management and implementation skills.
- English: Upper Intermediate+.
- Location: Europe.
