HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator&Compliance Specialist who will  conduct (provide) the legally correct HR administration for our   employees in accordance with international  employment laws and the company’s internal policies. 

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in HR administration, who will have a strong understanding of employment  regulations across different countries, and a commitment to maintain high standards of legal compliance in a dynamic tech environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage employees onboarding in compliance with employment  laws and regulations  in each country where the company operates (primarily Europe and the USA) 
  • Prepare, review, and maintain HR documentation: employment contracts, amendments, executive orders, and other required paperwork  etc. 
  • Collaborate with the Legal and HR teams to ensure alignment of onboarding process in each country we operate with our internal policies and external regulations 
  • Constantly monitor changes in international employment  legislation and adapt our internal processes accordingly 
  • Provide HR advisory support for employees and managers regarding employment related matters  
  • Participate in internal audits, compliance checks, and preparation for external audits 
  • Manage employees' vacations requests, sick and other leaves 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international HR administration 
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian employment  law and basic understanding of international employment  standards (especially EU and US) 
  • Familiarity with HR documentation procedures and regulatory frameworks governing employment in foreign markets 
  • Experience working with international government institutions and HR outsourcing providers 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation 
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level 
  • Experience working in multinational companies 
  • Critical thinking, ability to justify decisions, and find creative solutions
