Head of Retention

What experience is important:

  • 2+ years of experience as Head of CRM (or similar management position).
  • Successful experience managing a team of 5+ people.
  • Experience developing and implementing multi-channel strategies for player engagement and retention.
  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing, data-driven optimization, and KPI metrics.
  • Skill in segmenting the customer base and building personalized offers.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry, retention and monetization principles.
  • (A plus) experience working with Smartico CRM and creating loyalty programs.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy for online casinos with the aim of increasing retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, messengers) based on segmentation and personalization.
  • Analyze user behavior and activity, identify insights for growth and efficiency.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using metrics (Retention Rate, ARPU, ROI, Churn, Conversion).
  • Manage and configure the CRM platform and marketing automation tools.
  • Lead a team of CRM specialists, developing their expertise and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, and analytics teams to synchronize strategies.
  • Track trends and innovations in iGaming and implement best retention practices.
