Intern IT Recruiter

We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements:
β€” Completed courses in IT recruitment;
β€” Familiarity with sourcing strategies;
β€” Understanding of how to conduct HR interviews effectively;
β€” Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates and recruitment data critically;
β€” Understanding of IT roles and terminology;
β€” Passion for recruitment and technologies;
β€” Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
β€” Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
β€” Self-motivated and eager to learn;
β€” Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Working conditions:
β€” Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00–19.00;
β€” Odesa office-based/remote work;
β€” No time trackers or other bureaucratic measures;
