✅ Requirements

• 7+ years in IT with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Expertise in Node.js (Nest.js) and scalable application design
• Solid experience with React
• Proven record of leading complex projects and mentoring teams
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
• Strong architectural design skills, experience in pre-sales & discovery phases
• Business mindset; background in FinTech/EdTech is a plus
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+

🚀 Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales activities: NFR elicitation, architecture definition, estimations, risk analysis
• Lead discovery phases
• Recommend external libraries and tools to improve development efficiency
• Conduct and support code review processes
• Participate in R&D activities and POC execution
• Conduct interviews with external candidates
• Troubleshoot and improve code when necessary

🎯 Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, PHP, or .NET
• Experience working in competence/SDO office
• Background in solution audit services
