Media Buyer Retargeting

Responsibilities

- launching and managing retargeting ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DSPs, programmatic buying, in-app;

- research of new sources where possible to launch retargeting,
 

Probation goals:

- Launch and manage ad campaigns across existing and new traffic sources;

- Set up and optimize campaigns on social networks (Facebook or others);

- Implement and analyze in-app retargeting strategies to improve user engagement and retention.
 

Requirements:

- Experience in retargeting and user acquisition (UA) strategies;

- Proven expertise in various ad platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), and programmatic buying;

- Strong familiarity with the mobile advertising ecosystem, including ad networks such as Unity Ads, Moloco, and others;

- Deep understanding of in-app SDKs for mobile ad networks to ensure seamless integration and accurate tracking via AppsFlyer;

- Hands-on experience with multiple ad formats (banner, interstitial, native, etc.) and advanced optimization techniques.

- English
 

Will be plus:

- Understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and auction-based ad buying;

- Experience with pos view analytics;

- Understanding of retention on the product, previous work with user segmentation.
