We operate globally across five continents, with teams in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, and a strong presence in the US, Europe, and Latin America.

With the upcoming US launch of our newest product, Mosqitter Mini, we’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, manage campaigns, and drive results across digital and direct-to-consumer channels.

 

The Role

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing digital marketing campaigns, building awareness, and supporting the expansion of Mosqitter Grand (B2B) and Mosqitter Mini (D2C). You’ll work closely with leadership to bring our marketing strategy to life, with a special focus on performance marketing, CRM, and email campaigns. 

 

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, email, CRM), ideally in consumer products / home appliances / D2C brands.

Hands-on expertise with:

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or other)
  • Solid understanding of email segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to adapt strategies for different regions and audiences.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo, including automations, flows, and newsletters.
  • Support the launch of Mosqitter Mini in the US with digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotional pushes.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist with content creation, social media scheduling, and brand communication.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to adapt campaigns for different regions and audiences.
  • Contribute ideas to help build a new product category in ecological mosquito control.
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for the US, Europe, and other key markets.
  • Strengthen Mosqitter’s brand identity, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for Mosqitter Mini in the US and optimize campaigns for both D2C
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Build a new product category in ecological mosquito control through education, advocacy, and innovative marketing.
  • Drive growth from online sales to gradual retail partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
