Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Development Representative)
We’re seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Development Representative) to join our team!

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT lead generation and sales;
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Proven experience in working with matchmaking platforms/tender platforms, work marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, TopTal, etc);
- Proficient in email and cold connection strategies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation, prospecting, and professional networking.
- Strong communication skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Desire to build a world-class sales organization;
- Attention to details
- Availability to work in the EST time zone (with a minimum of 5 overlapping hours per day).
Will be a plus:
- Proven experience with event lead generation (both offline and online);
- Experience working with clients from the US and/or Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation;
- Perform leads research to collect, verify, and maintain accurate prospect information;
- Participating in creating strategies/hypotheses for marketing and email campaigns;
- Reports, work with CRM(PipeDrive or HubSpot);
- Ability to create proposals and related sales materials;
- Create new business by finding and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings;
- Follow up on inbound leads and respond to sales inquiries;
- Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
- Develop and implement best practices for growing customer base;
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities;
- Use of a time tracker may be required during working hours.
