Performance Marketing and Data Expert
We are looking for a high-level Performance Marketing & Data Expert who is hands-on, independently initiates and optimizes marketing, and builds powerful reporting, analytics, and automation capabilities for digital products.
The position will serve as the central marketing expert and data analyst in our company, driving best-in-class reporting and supporting rapid market expansion.

Role and Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all performance marketing: set up, execute, and constantly optimize campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for web-based and mobile-based games and digital products
- Leverage UGC (influencers, organic community, hype-driven strategies) to expand reach, drive buzz, and build trustworthy word-of-mouth in key regions
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and creatives using platforms like AB Tasty, VWO, and Google Optimize
- Employ AI-powered marketing and analytics tools (Jasper AI, Surfer SEO, Leadfeeder, Voluum, HubSpot Marketing Hub) for campaign automation and optimization
- Monitor and analyze all key KPIs (subscriber growth, retention, cost-per-acquisition) and maximize in-house marketing efficiency
- Create, visualize, and present data-driven weekly, monthly, and daily performance reports for both marketing campaigns and product usage
Maintain performance marketing documentation and company performance documentation
- If / when needed, help recruit additional team members for marketing growth
Data & Reporting Expectations
- Track and analyze performance for both marketing and overall product / business analytics
- Visualize KPIs using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI
- Prepare actionable insights and recommendations from data, supporting business decisions with clear reporting and documentation
- Continuously refine attribution models and customer segmentation for more efficient targeting and spend
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in performance and digital marketing, ideally in gaming, digital products, or telco
- Proven hands-on experience with paid channels, creative testing, and UGC campaigns
- Strong data analytics skills; proficient in Google Analytics, attribution and automation tools
- Comfortable working independently, establishing all in-house processes from the ground up
- Driven by measurable results and continuous improvement

- Achieve subscriber growth, boost retention rates, and lower cost-per-acquisition for our digital services
- Rapidly transition all marketing in-house and set the foundation for future team expansion and market dominance
