Sales Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ukraine.

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales lead generation, or completion of relevant courses;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+);
- Experience with CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Odoo, or similar);
- Understanding of the IT market, basic development terms;
- Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude;
- High self-organization and ability to multitask.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager with daily tasks such as planning, updating the CRM, preparing for calls, and reporting;
- Handle initial communication with leads via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork;
- Participate in qualification calls with potential clients;
- Maintain communication throughout the sales funnel;
- Analyze the effectiveness of outreach and Upwork strategies and suggest improvements;
- Coordinate with marketing to improve the inbound flow;
- Gradually take on more responsibility and grow to become a Sales Manager.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Upwork, Clutch or LinkedIn outreach;
- Experience in closing deals or preparing commercial proposals;
Understanding of outstaffing/outsourcing business models.
