Middle UX/UI Designer (Fintech)

We are building a financial platform for a regulated institution with EMI and VASP licenses in the Philippines. The solution will combine digital banking and cryptocurrency services, including secure wallets, payments, remittances, and card issuing. A key part of the project is an in-house crypto trading module designed to provide a seamless and compliant experience for a growing global user base.

As a Middle UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive, engaging, and compliant user experiences for a financial platform we are developing for a regulated institution in the Philippines.

The platform merges digital banking with cryptocurrency services, requiring design of secure, scalable, and accessible interfaces. You’ll work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to translate requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, security, and regulatory obligations.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end financial journeys: from onboarding and KYC flows, to payments and card management, to crypto trading interfaces.
 

Requirements 

• 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (with fintech, crypto, or payments exposure preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and familiarity with tools like Miro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex financial or data-driven UX.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate across design, product, engineering, and compliance teams.

• English level - B2

• Experience designing for crypto exchanges, wallets, or digital banking apps.
• Familiarity with EMI/VASP regulations and compliance-oriented UX patterns (KYC, AML, consent).
• Motion design or micro-interactions to enhance trust and usability.
  
  Responsibilities
   
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Create user journeys and flows for wallets, payments, remittances, card issuing, and trading modules.
• Collaborate with BAs, Product, and Compliance to design experiences that meet both user needs and regulatory standards.
• Ensure designs reflect trust, security, and accessibility for global fintech users.
• Deliver and maintain design systems for consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure design handoff is precise and feasible.
• Participate in user testing and feedback loops, adjusting designs accordingly.
