Junior Project Manager

Project overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join Group107’s team in Lviv, with a focus on managing WordPress-based projects​.

Requirements

This is an on-site position in the Lviv office.

– 1 year of project management experience in IT or software development.

– Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects;

– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects);

– Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;

– Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms is a plus;

– Strong leadership and team management abilities;

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

– Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results;

– English Upper-intermediate+ (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Allocate resources and track project progress against milestones;
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers;
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals;
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings;
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders;
• Gather and clarify project requirements, providing regular updates on progress;
• Manage expectations and address any concerns or changes to project scope;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans;
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays;
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes;
• Track and report project performance metrics (KPIs);
• Ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and client expectations;
• Coordinate with QA teams to facilitate thorough testing and feedback.
