HR Specialist

Requirements:
βοΈ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2 strong β C1);
βοΈ At least 1 year of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management;
βοΈ Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems;
βοΈ Experience in event planning and coordination;
βοΈ Genuine passion for working with people and improving daily life within the company.
What youβll do:
β Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (welcome packs, orientations, system access) and ensure smooth offboarding (exit surveys, system updates, coordination with Finance & IT);
β Keep employee records up to date in HRIS (Hurma) and other platforms; support data analysis for process improvements;
β Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and follow-up action plans;
β Develop initiatives to increase retention, internal mobility, and motivation;
β Organize and coordinate engagement activities for remote teams;
β Provide continuous HR support to the Lviv office and assist with office initiatives.
