2 years of experience with web applications development is a must
1 year of experience with either business analysis or quality assurance is a must
Fluent English is a must

Обязанности
Business Analysis
— Identify/understand clients business needs
— Interact with clients to gather business requirements
— Work with development team on business requirements clarifications
— Define project deliverables
— Provide clients with demos and collecting additional feedback during the demos
Project Management
— Manage clients expectations in terms of project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks
— Keep development team accountable and take responsibility for high resources utilization
— Forecast project resources
— Communicate transparent weekly project updates
— Run retrospective for projects
Quality Assurance
— Accept completed work from development team
— Sign off on deliverables identified during business analysis phase
— Advocate on behalf of a client to ensure project quality represents high standards
— Assist with regression testing as needed
— Communicate/escalate quality concerns to the team
