Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Manager (Software Product) will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the company’s software products, driving brand growth, generating leads, and supporting sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for the product line (B2B / B2C software).
   
• Manage company branding and product positioning in the market.
   
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, content marketing, social media).
   
• Analyze marketing channels, KPIs, CAC/LTV, ROI.
   
• Collaborate with Sales, CCO, and CEO to align go-to-market strategy.
   
• Organize participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
   
• Manage PR activities and work with external partners (agencies, media, influencers).
   
• Oversee marketing budget and manage the marketing team (content, design, performance).
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager in software product companies (mandatory).
   
• Experience working in international markets (US/EU).
   
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing.
   
• Proven experience in product marketing: positioning, pricing, go-to-market.
   
• Hands-on expertise with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, GA4.
   
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
   
• English — Advanced (mandatory).
   

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS / FinTech / AI / eCommerce software.
   
• Proven track record of successful product launches in new markets.
   
• Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Google, Pragmatic Institute).
