Web Analyst

We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

- Proficiency in GA4 / Matomo / GTM / or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with custom event tracking, SEO traffic, dataLayer setup, and tag configuration via GTM.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing principles, statistical significance, power analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience writing SQL (BigQuery or similar) for large-scale data analysis.
- Familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and debugging tracking scripts.
- Solid grasp of user behavior metrics, conversion optimization, and customer journey analysis.
- Experience 3+ years.
 

Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage event tracking systems using tools such as GTM, Google Analytics 4, and other platforms.
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, drop-off points, and generate actionable recommendations based on insights.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate the impact of product features and marketing campaigns.
- Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical validity and actionable outcomes.
- Combine data from multiple sources (web, CRM, BI, marketing) to enable comprehensive analysis and insights.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tracking setups, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain healthy analytics pipelines.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to embed analytics into decision-making processes.
