Business Analyst

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!
 

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and system development in IT outsourcing or product companies;
- Solid experience in generating process/project-related documentation and reports;
- High proficiency in technical writing.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
 

Will be plus:

- Professional Certifications (in priority order): PMI-PBA, CBAP, other IIBA certifications.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the project requirements processing
facilitate necessary requirements gathering, clarification, validation sessions;
- Lead/contribute to the WBS development, decomposing it to the work packages and mapping it with the business requirements;
- Develop and update requirements documentation according to the agreed standards;
- Drive awareness of project requirements across key stakeholders;
evaluate, analyze, and communicate project requirements on a continuing basis.
- Partner with project stakeholders within the project environment to develop related documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with related parties;
- Identify and highlight project-related risks and dependencies;
- Technically assist with Project and Product Manager for assigned projects;
- Collaborate with Project and Product Manager on roadmap planning.
Identify and highlight gaps and opportunities.
