  • Proven Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading marketing teams or major projects, ideally in growth-focused environments.
  • Track Record of Growth: You have real cases where you came into a “point A” (already strong company) and scaled it to multiple growth — with measurable results (revenue growth, traffic increase, CPA decrease, LTV improvement).
  • Canadian and U.S. Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customer behavior, competitive landscape, communication styles, and marketing trends.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • SEO Mastery: Strong knowledge of deep SEO — including website growth to top rankings, semantic research, and content strategy.
  • Google My Business: Skilled in managing brand reputation and generating leads via local SEO.
  • Retention Marketing: Proven expertise in customer retention, reactivation strategies, and increasing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Growth Marketing Mindset: Systematic approach to hypothesis testing, campaign launches, and scaling successful strategies.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: Ability to design marketing strategies grounded in data, not just intuition.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Willing to dive into details and execute campaigns, while also inspiring and guiding a team of marketing specialists and freelancers.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • English Proficiency: Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate+ level) for daily communication and content review.
  • Ambition & Growth Mentality: You think “how to launch business into space,” set bold goals, and relentlessly pursue them.
  • Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 АM to 5:00 PM (Calgary Time)
     

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and Lead the Marketing Department: Hire, manage, and mentor a team of marketing specialists and freelancers.
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create short-term and long-term marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and loyalty.
  • Oversee All Marketing Channels: Manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Work Closely with Sales & Operations: Align marketing campaigns with company goals to drive quality leads and support business objectives.
  • Launch Marketing in New Branches: You will be responsible for setting up and promoting marketing activities in every new city where TechVill expands, ensuring a strong start and rapid local market penetration.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to continually improve ROI.
  • Manage the Marketing Budget: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Protect & Grow Our Brand: Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
