We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to help us expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and grow internationally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for new clients and develop sales strategies;ΚΌ
  • Offering professional consultations and guidance on a wide range of international law matters;
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments;
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals;
  • Expand and develop new services;
  • Promote the company through the website and LinkedIn;
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences (Malta, UK, Cyprus, etc.).

 

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record (legal services experience preferred);
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Understanding of the legal services industry;
  • Experience in an international law firm is a plus;
  • English level B2+ (strong verbal & written skills);
  • Ability to travel abroad.
