Sales/Engagement manager (offline)

OVERVIEW

We’re a mid-size, but a yet growing company which is open to new challenges and always looking for making things better, smarter and faster. LaSoft builds complex web and mobile apps with React, Node, Ruby, Python, and React native.

Every year our team deliver 4-5 complex SaaS applications in the real estate, marketplaces, law compliance, human resource management, and healthcare domains. Our goal is to build a great and sustainable company, that will become very comfortable and friendly working space for our employees and partners.

We work on different web projects for US and Western Europe clients. Some are long-term, others mid-sized. You will join in already existing Sales Department so you will be a part of a team with 4 sales and 2 marketing managers.

REQUIREMENTS

You are capable of initial project documentation and putting the initial info about the project into the system

You can do a presentation, and share an idea behind our company, clearly explaining the benefits of working with us in English

You like chatting and building long-lasting relationships

You are curious about people

You are a self-organized, responsible and goal-oriented person

You have Upper intermediate English, both written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bids in job boards-like online services

Creation of initial project documentation

Leads qualification and initial presale

Finding new potential partners and building long-lasting relationships with them

WOULD BE A PLUS

B2B and/or web/mobile development sales experience

Experience using HubSpot CRM,

Working as lead sales in some other industry/niche

Experience closing $10 000+ leads in the US and Western Europe

PERSONAL QUALITIES

Strong sense of responsibility is a must

Able to follow deadlines and stay focused on the result

Able to make sales decisions on your own as well as evaluate decisions of others
