Business analyst

We are looking for a responsible Business Analyst to join our team and help create high-quality technical documentation for our development team.

The ideal candidate will be able to write clear and concise technical documentation, design well-structured user interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of all project documentation.

Your responsibilities:

• Write and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Design and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are implemented accurately according to the specifications.
• Review UI of live projects to identify potential improvements in user flows or UI/UX solutions.
• Analyze and improve departmental processes to enhance project quality.
• Participate in client calls during project initiation, management, and post-launch support.

What we expect from you:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Experience writing technical documentation and designing user interfaces.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams, ZOOM, Google Drive, Confluence).
• Strong command of office tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Visio).
• Ability to communicate information clearly to both clients and the development team.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Kanban.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, decomposition, analysis, and management.
• Experience preparing specifications (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Process modeling skills using BPMN and UML notations.
• Experience with prototyping tools (Axure, Figma).
• Familiarity with project management systems (Redmine, Jira).
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT and others) for requirement generation, meeting analysis, prototyping, and data verification.
• Ability to critically evaluate and explain AI-generated insights.
• Willingness to learn new AI tools, knowledge of prompt engineering and explainability.
• Enthusiasm for fostering an AI-driven culture within the team.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
