Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Impressit is looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and optimization of our cutting-edge agentic AI architecture. You will work on a sophisticated multi-agent orchestration system that powers intelligent document processing and analysis for commercial banking applications. This role requires deep expertise in LLM integration, distributed systems, and production ML engineering.

What will you do?

- Design and implement intelligent orchestration systems that dynamically route tasks to specialized AI agents based on query analysis
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
- Build production-ready AI agents that leverage multiple LLMs (Claude, GPT, Llama) through AWS Bedrock
- Implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and citation tracking systems for accurate, traceable AI responses
- Create scalable distributed architectures using AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and event-driven patterns
- Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and error handling for production AI systems

What do we expect?

- 4+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with at least 2 years working with LLMs in production
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
- Proven track record of building distributed, event-driven architectures
- Experience with production ML challenges: latency optimization, cost management, error handling
- Strong software engineering practices, including testing, documentation, and code review

As a plus:

- Experience with Agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures
- Knowledge of financial services or commercial banking domains
- Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions)
