What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and services in Golang to power a scalable hospitality booking platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to model hotel, booking, and user data efficiently.
• Implement integrations with third-party providers (payment gateways, property management systems, etc.).
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, security, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architectural decisions as we scale the platform to handle thousands of daily bookings.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in Golang.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in building systems with high scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Bonus points for experience with payment processing, booking systems, or hospitality tech.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
