Our clients are leading American and Israeli IT companies that want to develop sales of their IT products in the international market and need to find top middle and senior-level employees to work in their representative offices. We help directly in the search for such candidates (Regional Sales Managers, Regional Directors, VP, Senior Sales Engineers, etc.), exclusively in the international market (we do not work on the relocation of employees from Ukraine abroad).

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and creative channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.

• Engage candidates through personalized outreach to spark interest in opportunities.

   

Who You Are:

• Great communicator: You work well in fast-paced environments and connect easily with people.
• Comfortable with tech: Experience in IT/tech roles is a strong advantage.
• English skills: Intermediate+ level
